Terms of use

Using this site

By using CA Top Casinos you accept these terms. The site is an information resource for adults in Ontario. It does not operate games, hold funds or accept wagers, and it is not affiliated with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or with iGaming Ontario.

Age and location

You must be nineteen or over to use this site, and online casino play in Ontario is restricted to people physically located in the province. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble where doing so is unlawful.

Accuracy

We check registration details against the iGaming Ontario directory and the operators' own published information, and we re-check monthly. Even so, terms, payment methods and processing times change without notice. Always read the casino's own terms before you register or deposit; where our page and the operator's terms differ, the operator's terms govern your account.

Affiliate links

Some links to casinos are affiliate links, marked with rel attributes that identify them as sponsored, and routed through a redirect on this domain. If you register through one we may receive a commission. This does not affect what you pay, and it does not affect our scores or rankings.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from gambling, from reliance on information published here, or from your use of a third-party site reached through a link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
